This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires employees to remain active and on their feet throughout the entire shift. This is not a seated position. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing companyKey ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trucks.Move, lift, and organize materials and items throughout the warehouse.Clean and maintain warehouse work areas.Pick up and dispose of trash and unwanted items in large dumpsters.Perform general warehouse labor and cleanup duties.Assist with any additional warehouse tasks as assigned.Follow all workplace safety procedures and instructions.Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled.Willing to perform a variety of warehouse and general labor duties.Able to follow instructions and work safely.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.RequirementsMust be able to easily lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.Must be comfortable performing repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.Must be able to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday.Closed-toe shoes requiredMust pass a Drug Screen & Background checkSchedule & PayShift: 1st Shift (7:00Am-4:00PM, Monday–Friday)Pay: $12.00/hourBenefits (through CloudRay)Weekly pay Health insurance Incentives and performance-based bonuses Referral bonuses Temp-to-hire career growth potentialReferral BonusEarn $200!
