• This job is a member of the Global Sales team
• You'll build meaningful relationships with some of American Airlines' largest corporate customers, gaining firsthand insight into their business priorities, challenges, and travel needs
• You'll own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving results through strong customer engagement
• You'll collaborate with leaders across Commercial and corporate teams to solve complex business challenges and deliver value for both our customers and American Airlines

• Partner with corporate accounts to develop outcomes to benefit the customers of American Airlines when they fly
• Analyzes customer needs through both online and in-person meetings with corporate partners
• Coordinates and implements programs with appropriate field and staff departments
• Prepares correspondence, proposals and presentations to support retailing activity
• Communicates updates on AA products and services as needed

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• 3+ years experience working in Sales, Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis or other airline commercial teams

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• ​Airline or business to business sales experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
• ​Ability to operate in a highly competitive, demanding environment
• Ability to communicate to high level executives
• Strong account strategy development and execution skills required
• Understanding of modern retailing approaches and strategies
• Understanding of modern airline distribution technology such as NDC, online booking tools, GDSs
