Travel Hospice RN - $1,792 per week

GlobalPoint is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Moab, Utah. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 32 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities: · Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs and coordinate individualized care plans. · Provide pain and symptom management consistent with the hospice plan of care. · Educate and support patients and families regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, end-of-life issues, and the hospice philosophy. · Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. · Participate in on-call rotation · Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Qualifications: · Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Utah or compact state RN license. · Minimum of 3 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice, home health or palliative care. · Strong clinical assessment skills. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · Compassionate demeanor and ability to support patients and families during difficult times. · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for home visits.
