Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Windsor Windsor, CT $33–$36/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians while helping residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. What You’ll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and functional mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team Why Join?
