We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and delivering exceptional employee technology experiences. This role serves as a key member of our technology team, providing hands-on support for end users while helping improve the systems, processes, and tools that enable our business to operate efficiently and securely.

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our technology operations—someone who takes pride in helping colleagues get the most out of their tools while continuously looking for ways to streamline processes and enhance our overall technology infrastructure.

• Provide first line and intermediate technical support to our internal users.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and support endpoint technologies.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
• Assist with endpoint management, patching, and compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage support requests and documentation.
• Maintain technology asset records.
• Provide professional end-user support.
• Assist with cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Identify operational improvements and automation opportunities.
• Participate in technology projects.
• Evaluate and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve support operations, knowledge management, reporting, documentation, automation, and employee productivity.

• 1-3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong Windows desktop knowledge.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Entra ID or Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with workstation and mobile device support.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience using ticketing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to set and manage priorities.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune or another endpoint and mobile device management platform.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Microsoft 365.
• Additional hands-on experience administering or supporting Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networking.
• Exposure to Windows Server environments, virtualization, cloud-hosted infrastructure, or hybrid environments.
• Basic PowerShell experience or an interest in developing PowerShell and automation skills.
• Experience working with or alongside a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or other external technology vendors.
• Experience with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle processes.
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent technical certifications.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve reporting, troubleshooting, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.

• Full-time, onsite position based in Austin, Texas.
• Primary support provided during standard business hours.
• Occasional after-hours support may be required for system maintenance, technology projects, urgent support needs, or other business requirements.
• Ability to lift and transport IT equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
