???? What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of our agency's growth, helping customers find the right insurance solutions while delivering an experience that makes them want to stay with us.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Build relationships: Establish strong connections with new and existing customers and follow up consistently.
• Sell with purpose: Ask the right questions, understand what matters to each customer, and recommend coverage based on their individual needs.
• Create great customer experiences: Provide fast, accurate, friendly service and insurance quotes.
• Be the problem solver: Help customers with questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, billing, and more.
• Follow up and follow through: Don't let opportunities—or customer questions—fall through the cracks.
• Work as a team: Coordinate with our agency team to make sure customers get the support they need.
• Bring some personality: Yes, smiling is part of the job. So is taking things in stride, making the occasional joke, and telling a good story.
• Help grow the agency: Your communication skills, initiative, and sales ability will directly contribute to the continued growth of our business.

???? What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is more than just a salesperson. We want someone people genuinely enjoy talking to.

Required:

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Active Colorado Life & Health (L&H) license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine desire to help people
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

Big Plus:

• State Farm experience
• Previous insurance sales experience
• LSA-5 experience or background
