RN Assistant Director of Nursing

Touchstone Communities is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical leadership in our senior living and long-term care community. In this on-site role, you will assist the Director of Nursing with daily operations, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for our residents. You will oversee assessments, care plans, regulatory compliance, and infection control, while fostering a family-oriented, compassionate culture that supports teamwork, resident dignity, and clinical excellence.
