About the Role The Bulloch County Health Department seeks a full‑time, salaried PH Registered Nurse based in Statesboro, GA. Job Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care under general supervision and in accordance with nurse protocols. Deliver community health services in programs such as Women’s Health, Child Health, and Adult Health to the general public. Assess client condition, develop care plans, provide treatments, educate clients, and refer to agencies as needed. Record observations and treatment responses, adhering to protocols for vaccine administration and specimen collection. Ensure safety precautions, HIPAA compliance, and accurate data entry. Administer vaccinations during designated events or emergencies. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution. Current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license. CPR certification. Completion of a PHN course within one year of hire. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
