Location: Porterville, CA 93257 Setting: Acute Care Hospital Endoscopy Unit Shift: Variable 8-hour shifts + On-Call Pay Range: $46.47 $65.02 per hour (DOE) Bonus: Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for RNs with 3+ years of experience)

About the Role

Welltech Partners is partnering with a leading acute care hospital to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong RN who thrives in a procedural setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

In this role, you will provide holistic, individualized nursing care using the nursing process while supporting endoscopic procedures and ensuring patient safety across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care across all stages: pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assist with endoscopic procedures and ensure proper equipment handling
• Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with hospital policies
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety goals

What We're Looking For

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS Certification (required)
• ACLS Certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
• Participation in emergency response and disaster support as needed
• Commitment to professional conduct, compliance, and patient-centered care
