Day Shift Cook Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 05:00pm to 02:30pm)

• Prepare and serve meals according to approved menus, recipes, and production schedules.
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items according to established procedures.
• Assist with meal service, portion control, and minimizing food waste while meeting quality standards.

Day Shift Cook Qualifications:

• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Ability to prepare therapeutic and modified diets accurately.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
