• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of patients

• Participate in care planning and implementation, ensuring patient-centered care
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
