Ophthalmology - Glaucoma Opportunity
Full-time board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist with fellowship training in glaucoma
Interest in resident education and residency program development encouraged
Tertiary referral setting with high patient volume and complex ophthalmic conditions
Recruitment ongoing across ophthalmology subspecialties to support program growth
Newly approved ophthalmology residency program launching summer 2026
Requires completion of U.S. residency or fellowship training
Responsibilities include clinical practice, teaching, and rotating call coverage
Opportunities for research participation and academic appointment
Employment within an established academic health system
Modern clinic with advanced technology and strong administrative support

Located inland off of the North Carolina coast, 45 miles east of interstate 95, just over an hour to Raleigh, a little over an hour to the pristine beaches of the Crystal Coast of NC.
