Position Summary The Resident Activity Administrator plays a vital role in supporting occupancy, resident retention, and operational execution within the community. This position serves as a key bridge between the leasing office and maintenance team, ensuring that critical activities impacting move-ins, renewals, resident satisfaction, and apartment readiness are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive community performance. Resident & Leasing Support Assist with applicant follow-up and application progression to ensure timely approvals and move-ins. Coordinate and track all move-in activities to deliver a seamless resident experience. Support lease renewal efforts through resident outreach, follow-up, and documentation assistance. Participate in resident retention initiatives designed to improve satisfaction and reduce turnover. Conduct vacant apartment follow-up to ensure readiness and availability for leasing opportunities. Occupancy & Operational Support Monitor and support quality control efforts related to apartment readiness and turn processes. Assist in identifying and resolving operational gaps that may impact occupancy goals. Coordinate communication between office and maintenance teams regarding move-ins, make-readies, and resident concerns. Help track and report on community activity related to occupancy, renewals, and resident engagement. Support outreach marketing initiatives to generate traffic and increase community visibility. Participate in resident events, local marketing efforts, and community engagement activities. Assist with lead nurturing and follow-up efforts as directed by management. Resident Experience Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Maintain positive resident relationships through professional, timely communication. Help create a welcoming, engaging, and resident-focused community atmosphere.
