Respiratory therapists practice under respiratory and ventilator management protocols with a high degree of autonomy. Depending upon the facility, they perform intubations and insert a-lines. What We're Looking For Education : High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
