The Field Supervisor will also build caseloads for the home health COTAs by conducting patient evaluations and ensure that patient goals are met in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for home health COTAs, offering guidance and support in clinical decision-making, patient care and documentationConduct regular field visits to ensure quality care is being provided and offer mentorship to COTAsMonitor and evaluate COTAs' progress in treating their caseloads, providing constructive feedback if necessaryBuild and maintain caseloads for home health COTAs, ensuring an appropriate mix of patients to optimize productivity and treatment outcomesCollaborate with the team to adjust caseloads on therapist availability and patient needsEnsure that caseload management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements and best practicesConduct at least 8 patient evaluations per week assessing patient needs and function to develop individualized treatment plansBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
