Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in credit risk .
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping , data profiling , and data quality tools.
- Solid understanding of credit risk concepts, including exposure, PD, LGD, EAD, and risk-weighted assets.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, or CCAR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
