Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gauge client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to support their unique mental health challenges.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to deliver engaging individual therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on client progress and specific needs.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, using data-driven metrics and regular check-ins to carefully assess and document client progress over time.

• Provide innovative teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges to traditional in-person visits, enhancing their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment protocols and client progress to ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and obtaining certifications, to stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
