Non-CDL Driver We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Non-CDL Driver to join our elite team in El Paso, TX. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Provide exceptional care to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. Conduct comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and equipment readiness. Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications 21 years or older Valid driver’s license Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules as needed Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable Physical Requirements The essential functions of this position require the ability to: Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity; 100% of the job is performed outdoors, often alone and in remote locations. Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day), walk long distances, and navigate sloped or uneven surfaces. Push and pull objects up to 30–45 pounds, lift material up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, or crouch to reach equipment at ground level. Operate safely in heavy traffic and tolerate dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
