Responsible for in-process and final inspection of metal stamped parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Responsibilities:
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions
- Read blueprints and follow specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Identify and report non-conforming parts
- Perform visual inspections for defects
- Verify materials and part numbers before production
- Support production and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 1-3 years QA inspection experience (metal stamping preferred)
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and blueprints
- Familiar with FAI and basic ISO standards
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
