As a Senior Designer, you will support the Loyalty Creative team during a period of transition. Reporting to the Art Director, you will bring major initiatives to life by acting as the crucial link between conceptual vision and flawless execution. This role demands a high-level graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances big-picture strategy with meticulous detail. Key Responsibilities Apply highly graphic brand guidelines across 360 touchpoints, including digital platforms and in-store signage. Build cohesive design systems across multiple promotional programs to ensure consistent visual impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial and Marketing, to deliver a robust client experience. What We’re Looking For 5 years + of design experience with mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). A phenomenal handle on modern graphic design, leaning into bold, dynamic aesthetics rather than illustrative styles. Proven ability to work strictly yet creatively within strong brand guidelines, with experience in any modern branding sector highly welcomed.
