Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active South Dakota Occupational Therapy License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting is required.
• Experience providing evaluations and interventions for geriatric populations, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and durable medical equipment (DME) recommendations is required.
• Documentation experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is required.
• Preferred: Previous travel therapy experience and experience with Medicare documentation and reimbursement processes.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: day.
• Start: 13-week assignment beginning in May 2026.
• Guaranteed hours noted in client order notes; confirm with recruiter prior to acceptance.
