As a Communications Agent, you're not just handling incoming telephone calls you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
- Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations
- Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations
- Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
