Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, determining client needs through thorough assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to help achieve their mental health goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies and interventions as necessary to promote effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in team discussions and case consultations with fellow mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and legal compliance in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role will involve not only understanding their specific issues but also embracing a holistic approach that may include family dynamics, lifestyle factors, and historical context. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active state licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Experience in providing individual therapy is essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
