We offer a competitive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick accrual.Responsibilities:Prepare monthly journal entries and complete monthly financial closesAnalyze data needed in the preparation of the monthly financial statements, budget, and variance reportsPerform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure proper recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, and/or equity.Investigate and resolve outstanding account reconciliation issues.Bank ReconciliationsMiscellaneous reportingResponsible for the preparation of income and balance sheet statements, as well as supporting schedules, quarterly and year-end reports, and other miscellaneous accounting statement reports.Organize and maintain filesWork under a deadlineSkills you should have:Expert level proficiency in excel preferredDetail-oriented, organized, thorough, excellent follow-throughHighly reliableSelf-starter is a plusAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and customersProperty management experience is a plusAvailable to work occasional overtime (as needed) to ensure year-end financial deadlines are met.Ad-hoc projects as assigned by accounting manager, supervisor, and/or controller.Position Requirements:2-5 years of G/L Accounting experienceStrong work ethicExceptional communication skillsOur Benefits:Medical / Dental / Vision InsurancePrescription Drug CoverageVacation and Sick TimePaid Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discounts (discounts on movies, restaurants, gifts, and more)401-KAn Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO)
