Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Flowery Branch Georgia Salary Range: 75k-80k Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to support a dynamic organization with three operational entities—one brokerage division and two asset-side divisions. This role will focus primarily on the asset side, with responsibilities spanning across all entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end close processes across all three divisions Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable functions Perform general ledger maintenance and journal entries Handle billing functions, particularly on the asset side Support budgeting and forecasting efforts for each division Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Assist with internal and external audits as needed Qualifications: Proven experience in multi-entity accounting, preferably in real estate or asset management Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting Proficient in budgeting and forecasting Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Experience with relevant accounting software Preferred Skills: Experience in real estate, property management, or asset services Knowledge of AP/AR workflows and cash management Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting platforms Please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io for immediate consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
