They educate patients, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Work involves rotating shifts, exposure to hazards, and physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications Requirements include an accredited associate's or bachelor's degree, minimum 1 year clinical experience, current state licensure, RRT credential, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
