Master Data Specialist

Master Data Specialist – Onsite (East Longmeadow, MA, USA) We are looking for an experienced Master Data Specialist to manage plant-level engineering changes and maintain SAP data for our East Longmeadow manufacturing plant. The role is on-site with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities Administer plant‑level engineering changes and update SAP (ERP) to accommodate changes. Interact with multiple functions to establish and implement master data critical to daily operations. Perform SAP tasks: create material masters, change/extend/obsolete part numbers via Change Masters, create/maintain BOMs (including alternate, OSP/SUBC), calculate BOM quantities, maintain BOM yields, create production versions and routes, maintain work centers, manage part discontinuation, monitor “Temporary Change” documents, conduct process audits. Administer plant‑level Engineering Change notices (LECNs) and develop alternative workflow for LECR/LECN documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. More than 3 years’ experience working with SAP in a factory floor environment. Excellent mathematical skills. Experience conducting time studies and setting work standards (plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $62,200 – $100,200 annually.
