- Advise suppliers, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical companies on FDA regulatory compliance matters
- Counsel health systems and healthcare providers on reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse laws, and healthcare regulatory compliance programs
- Provide strategic guidance to emerging life sciences companies on product development strategies, clinical trial design, and regulatory approval timelines
- Draft legal memoranda, client advisories, and regulatory correspondence addressing complex regulatory issues
- Monitor and analyze healthcare legislation, regulatory developments, and enforcement trends affecting life sciences and healthcare clients
