We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and mission-minded individuals to join our team as Donation Center Associates. Flexible position under 20 hours per week are available, along with Part-time 25 hour positions. Part-time 25 hour team members are eligible for additional benefits, including paid time off and retirement benefits. Pay Rate: $15.00/hour Schedule: Flexible shifts available – weekdays, evenings, and weekends Why Join Us? What You’ll Do: As a Donation Center Associate, you will: Provide friendly, courteous service to donors and customers. Receive, inspect, sort, and process donated items according to quality standards. Assist donors with unloading donations, including large or bulky items. Clean, test, and perform minor repairs on donated goods when appropriate. Hang, tag, price, and prepare merchandise following production guidelines. Stage processes merchandise for efficient movement to the sales floor. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized donation processing area. Perform custodial duties, including general cleaning and trash removal. Work closely with Sales Associates to ensure merchandise is moved efficiently to the sales area. Cross-train and assist with sales floor operations as needed. Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture. Previous retail, warehouse, donation processing, production, or customer service experience is a bonus—but not required! Physical Requirements: This is an active role that requires: Standing, walking, and moving throughout the workday. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds regularly. Moving items over 50 pounds with the use of appropriate equipment and team assistance.
