Call Schedule: Nights - Mishawaka: 3 days - Plymouth: 2 days
Shift/Call Coverage: Infusion coverage at both Mishawaka (3 days) & Plymouth (2 days) with call coverage in the evenings.
Patient Volume: Ave. of 30 per day
Patient Demographics: Adult, Geriatric
% of Practice: Hem 50%, Onc 50%
Duties: Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Orders Tests, Blood Bank, Orders Images, Prescribes
Required Procedures: Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters and Bone Marrow Biopsy
EMR: Epic
Other Info: Administration of Chemo will be by the physician and nurse oncologist.
Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements: Active IN License, BC, BLS, Has interest in going PERM, Self-Query NPDB report (should be pulled within the month)
