Required Procedures Conventional Radiotherapy 3D Radiotherapy External Beam Radiation (IMRT, IGRT, 3D‑CRT) Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) Stereotactic Radiosurgery Photon Beam Radiation Therapy Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Qualifications Board‑Certified physician. Current Iowa license or an active IMLC. Immediately available upon approval. Can start as soon as approved; temporary permissions available (~30‑60 days). Available for 4 consecutive weeks.
