Senior Contracts Administrator

We're seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support a Temp assignment with our client. This role involves managing complex contracts within the government, defense, or aerospace sectors in a confidential setting. Senior Contracts Administrator Responsibilities: Oversee contracts and subcontracts throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure compliance and performance. Engage in proposal development, negotiations, and customer communication efforts. Provide guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies. Interpret contractual terms and monitor performance against contractual benchmarks. Maintain organized contract documentation and support billing and contract change processes. Senior Contracts Administrator Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required; Business Administration preferred. 5-10 years of experience in contracts management within relevant industries. Demonstrated expertise with government contracting standards, including FAR and DFAR regulations. Knowledge of international contracting, ITAR/EAR compliance, and U.S. Government contract support as Prime and Subcontractor. Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
