Job Summary (List Format):

- Design and develop complex chat and voice conversational experiences (4+ years required)
- Create innovative conversational AI solutions (minimum 1 year experience)
- Apply knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), bot platforms, and prompt engineering best practices
- Craft conversations and logic that are strategic and adhere to voice, tone, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to implement conversational solutions based on insights
- Demonstrate ownership by solving problems and making decisions independently
- Maintain a digital portfolio or provide work samples of relevant AI/conversational projects
