Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ultimate Staffing Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager at Ultimate Staffing, a Roth Staffing Company Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Product Engineer to join a client in Grapevine, Texas. This is a full-time, direct hire position. This role focuses on computer hardware engineering, not software development. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to the production team. Perform failure analysis on customer products. Investigate and perform root cause analysis. Contact clients for escalations. Set up the repair line, including ESD tools and grounding. Identify optimal analytical approaches to problems. Communicate with local and overseas teams via emails and conference calls. Prepare parts and components for the factory team’s second-level failure analysis. Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate degree in product design, mechanical, electronic, or computer engineering, or 3+ years of equivalent experience as a failure analysis engineer for computing devices. Hands-on experience in hardware assembly and disassembly of computing devices. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files. Ability to communicate concepts and solutions effectively across organizational levels. Ability to liaise effectively between the company and clients. Capability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and statistical skills. Flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business support.
