Requirements:

• BCBA Certification
• State License
• Proven experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work commitments

Schedule:

• Flexible, with full-time or part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

• Report to and take direction from the Clinical Director
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery
• Implement the Company’s clinical policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, state regulations, and Choice ABA's documentation standards in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Team
• Fulfill all BCBA responsibilities for assigned clients, including:
• Conducting assessments and reassessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing clinical supervision and parent training
• Participate in trainings, events, and professional development opportunities
• Enter billable hours in Central Reach within the required time frame
• Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed, under the direction of the Clinical Director
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
