Only the Influenza Vaccine is optional. - **Professional Documentation/Forms:** Such as the Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non-Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, among others, are required for onboarding. - **Checklist/Testing Requirements:** Specialty Specific Competency Testing and a Skills Checklist are also required for onboarding purposes. These elements suggest the necessity for up-to-date documentation and adherence to specific healthcare compliance and certification standards.
