Probate Paralegal

The Gasper Law Group has immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal, specifically in Probate, Estate Planning, Wills & Elder Law. Paralegal should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Responsibilities: Assist attorney with case management and Client communications Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents Financial document prep Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Record and store client information Miscellaneous administrative tasks Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal Familiarity with legal research Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced office environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented a must Experience in hourly client billing Base pay ranges between $22-28 per hour with opportunities for quarterly incentive and annual merit bonuses.
