Position Overview: In this key dealership role, you will lead the F&I process from start to finish—driving product penetration, ensuring efficient and accurate contracting, building strong lender relationships, and supporting a motivated sales team. What We Offer: Earning Potential: $110,000–$175,000+ annually Paid Time Off starting day one Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability 401(k) with Employer Contribution Monthly Wellness Reimbursement (up to $75) Employee Discounts What You’ll Do: Drive performance by setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit unit, gross, and product penetration targets Manage the entire finance, contracting, and funding process with speed and accuracy Present, educate, and sell F&I products: service contracts, GAP, protection packages, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and credit unions Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies Support showroom, digital retail, and inbound traffic to maximize every opportunity Deliver a polished, professional, guest-focused closing experience Who You Are: A high-integrity F&I professional with 2+ years of proven retail automotive finance experience A strong closer with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding goals Competitive, self-driven, and accountable— your performance speaks for itself Efficient in managing workflow in a growing sales environment Experienced in working with lenders to fund contracts quickly and cleanly A clear communicator who collaborates well across departments Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding guest experience Requirements: 2+ years of automotive finance or sales leadership experience 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (for illegal substances) Who We Are: Vista Ford- Toyota, a Summit Automotive company, is built upon a different way of thinking.
