Quality Branded is seeking an experienced General Manager to join one of New York City's most dynamic and successful restaurant groups.

What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader of the restaurant, partnering directly with the Executive Chef and Operating Partner to:

• Build high-performing management teams
• Mentor and develop future hospitality leaders
• Recruit and retain exceptional hourly talent
• Elevate guest satisfaction and service standards
• Drive financial performance and labor efficiency
• Foster a positive and accountable culture

Our corporate operations team provides extensive support, training, and development resources that allow our General Managers to focus on people, culture, and execution.

You have:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience
• Experience in high-volume restaurants exceeding 300 covers per night
• A track record of leadership development
• A genuine love for hospitality
• The ability to inspire teams and drive performance
