LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Stuart, Florida.

Job Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 18 months of MICU experience required.
• 2 years of MICU experience preferred.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Epic experience is required.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the AHA or American Red Cross .
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification must be included at the time of submission .
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification must be obtained prior to the assignment start date .
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required ( medical and religious exemptions only ).
• Flu Vaccine: Required ( medical and religious exemptions only ).

Schedule

• Start Date: Next available orientation date (approximately 3–4 weeks from confirmation).
• Block scheduling: Not available.

Floating

• Must be willing to float within scope of practice to all three hospital campuses as needed:
  • Martin North
  • Martin South
  • Tradition
• Facilities are located within 20 miles of each other.

Additional Requirements

• Local candidates are accepted at the same pay rate .
• Pending state licenses are not accepted.
• All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission. Any RTO requested after submission will likely not be approved .
• Travelers must complete all required onboarding modules promptly, including time-sensitive Epic modules , once confirmed for the assignment.
• Smoke-Free Facility: All travelers must be nicotine-free . No exceptions.
• A negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test is required.
