Description Employment Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time] (Non-Exempt) Pay Range: $10.00–$13.00 per hour (DOE) Bonus Opportunity: Monthly incentive with additional earning potential The Opportunity Our Customer Service Representative role is critical to delivering strong business performance, an exceptional customer experience, and a high-performing team environment. You will contribute to sales, operations, and team success while ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and consistently. What You’ll Do Support daily operations, customer experience, and site performance Drive sales performance and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships Maintain site standards including cleanliness, safety, and efficiency Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations Resolve customer concerns and support retention Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Why Join our Company?
