Warehouse Associate

At American Solar & Roofing, we’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our Operations Team by managing materials, preparing equipment, and keeping our warehouse running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active, and being part of a team that helps power successful solar installations across Arizona. Responsibilities Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing materials and equipment Pick, stage, and prepare materials for construction crews Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading materials Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and organization Process orders using inventory software Stage construction vehicles for upcoming projects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Support daily operations and other tasks as needed Qualifications Warehouse or construction yard experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required Forklift experience preferred Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card Strong organization and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in varying temperatures What We Offer Competitive pay Full Benefits Package including: PTO/Sick, Medical, Dental, Vision, AFLAC & 401(k) Training and opportunities for career growth A supportive team environment with a company that has served Arizona for 25 years Experience Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Construction Yard Experience: 1 year (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
