Unit Notes - Hiring Process: Profile review with MedSol Clinical, interview with unit manager at facility - Radius: 60 MILES, DL must be submitted - Week of orientation: Please ensure clinicians are in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote *Agency MUST provide Traveler Rad Badge*

Department: Radiology - General X-Ray - SAN General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Certs/ARRT & other specialty certification requirements Yes ARRT (R) required How many scanners/rooms does this department have? 3 XR rooms and 5 portables Will they have to float/cover any other areas? Pain Clinic when/if needed Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties OR, Portables and outpatient exams Experience or 'Must have' skills MUST have OR/C-arm experience Average # of scans/studies per day 20-30 exams per day EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use We have Epic and PACS Department Specific Equipment (Client, Phillips, Siemens) Siemens rooms, Shimadzu and Carestream portables Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech George Semenov in my absence Do they use RRA's (Registered Radiology Assistants)? No Radiologist in-house? Yes, IR/PA radiologists Do they have to start IV's? (if applicable to the department) No Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?)4x10s or 3x12s Weekend Requirements No Holiday Requirements No holiday requirements, maybe Memorial day if needed Call or Standby requirement? Response time?
