Senior Property Manager

As an LPC Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, coordinating all marketing, operations, and financial activities for one or more clients. You may also supervise other managers working directly on your asset or managing other assets and portfolios. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are being met; prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports as required. Manage team response to tenant needs across the asset or portfolio; craft, deliver, and communicate an effective tenant care program that maximizes tenant retention. Direct preparation and delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses consistent with client and company requirements. Primary responsibility for all lease administration activities; maintain oversight of contracted terms that impact financial performance; report on expirations, covenants, restrictions, and other encumbrances. Proactively collect rent and other charges; report AR status to clients with action recommendations; prepare client-approved legal notices. Direct sourcing and procurement activities; may conduct consolidated sourcing to achieve savings across the portfolio; manage vendor contract compliance.
