In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customers’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. Conduct test drives and negotiate sales agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals. Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment. Previous sales or automotive experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
