Senior People Operations & Compliance Leader

Hut 8 is seeking a Principal, People Operations to own the transactional and compliance backbone of the employee experience across HQ and multiple sites. You’ll lead onboarding/offboarding, I-9s, background checks, and payroll changes with accurate, auditable records. Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Finance, and Legal to optimize processes, maintain data integrity, and support a fast‑growing workforce at our Brickell, Florida office. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hut 8
