Make an Impact. West Janisch Health Care Center is seeking a confident and compassionate LVN or RN Charge Nurse to lead our team. We are currently hiring for both Full‑Time and PRN positions, offering flexibility while maintaining strong clinical leadership on our day shift. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced, skilled nursing environment and is comfortable leading a team while delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
