About the Opportunity

We are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our physician-owned, democratic group, delivering emergency care throughout the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio. This role provides a genuine partnership, flexible scheduling options, and the chance to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Highlights

• $80,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive base salary plus RVU incentive structure

• High-volume practice with diverse patient acuity, exceeding 150,000 annual ED visits

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
• Completion of an EM residency (ACGME or AOA)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Desire for long-term practice stability and ownership
