Are you fluent in baby babble , a pro at snack negotiations , and known for your epic dance moves at circle time ? We’re on the lookout for a magical human who can guide our tiniest explorers through their days with love, laughter, and maybe a little glitter.

✨ Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Turn tears into giggles

• Lead adventures in imaginary jungles, kitchens, and outer space

• Build towers, then celebrate when they get knocked over

• Rock lullabies like a headliner

• Teach kindness, sharing, and potty etiquette

???? Requirements:

• A heart as big as a teddy bear

• Patience levels that rival superheroes

• Experience working with toddlers (bonus points if you’ve ever worn stickers on your face to work)

• Relevant certifications (CDA, CPR/First Aid, etc.)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred, but not required
• Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
