The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning and leading the work of housing placement, behavioral health, stabilization, and specialized housing programs in line with the company's mission and strategic goals. This role requires a proven track record in human services leadership, personnel management, and experience in clinical services integration and housing stabilization practices. The Vice President will also be tasked with developing strong relationships with outside partners, ensuring compliance with all regulatory procedures, and continually improving the experience for guests, tenants, and staff. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a background in human services with a focus on mental health, trauma, and substance use challenges. Experience in homelessness, housing instability, and emergency shelter programs is highly preferred. The role demands a strong integrator with the ability to work across departments, build systems, and foster collaboration.
